Our Approach to Working with You

Our approach can be summed up in one word: “FLEXIBLE”

GenderWorks can partner with you in a variety of ways, depending on your needs, timeframe and budget, and preferred approach. Our aim is to be a male ally expert resource and to support you in reaching your D&I goals, which might look like:

  • Educating your leadership team with a briefing on the topic of male ally involvement or providing a keynote address at a company-wide network conference.
  • Collaborating with your team of D&I professionals in developing, designing and executing a male ally experience for middle to senior management men.
  • Providing guidance enabling you to embed a male ally focus into your company’s existing D&I strategy or initiative.
  • Coaching a small group of men or individual men (in-person or remotely) — providing a safe place to ask questions, learn, and develop a personalized approach to being a male ally.
  • Facilitating a working group of D&I practitioners and non-practitioners to assess how best to employ male allies in strengthening existing D&I efforts.

Looking for a partner to accelerate your organization’s diversity progress?

We can help.
